Welcome to The Little Crown Colchester
The Little Crown is a unique traditional pub with a warm welcome, great homemade food, guest ales, and friendly to families. We pride ourselves on our hospitality and will try our best to accommodate special dietary requirements where possible.
The Little Crown is the only pub in the town with a piano – music live piano is every Friday 1pm till 3pm, impromptu sessions are always a welcome surprise – passing musicians are more than welcome to come in and entertain us! We belong to the local Darts league, and are always looking for players to join us.
The pub has been completely renovated and refurbished and is now a free house giving the flexibility to offer beer and ale from many different brewers.
Bed and Breakfast is also available, two very pretty en-suite twin rooms, sitting room with a variety of books, newspapers and cards/board games. Breakfast is of the full English variety, although Continental fare is also available.

My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and very close, only a 2 min walk, to Colchester train station. The staff were great - very friendly and very helpful too. I will definitely be back . Thank you
